A breakfast classic and my daughters absolute favorite. One day I forgot the cheese and she almost killed me. Lol.
Ingredients:
4 Large Eggs
Cooking spray
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
1/2 tablespoon of milk (Did You Know: You may substitute the milk with half and half or cream as well)
8 Slices of Bacon
1 cup of Cheddar Cheese (My daughter loves extra cheese)
English Muffin (You can use toast or a bagel too. Be creative)
Instructions:
First rule. Fry that bacon!!!. Once the bacon is crispy, set aside on a rack or a paper towel to assist in soaking up some of the grease.
In a large bowl, mix the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Heat large skillet on medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
Add eggs to skillet. Sprinkle some cheese on top of the cheese before you being to stir
While your eggs are cooking, you can toast your english muffin.
Remove the eggs from the skillet once completely scrambled. Now you can build your bacon, egg and cheese.
