Bacon, Egg and Cheese

A breakfast classic and my daughters absolute favorite. One day I forgot the cheese and she almost killed me. Lol.


Ingredients:


4 Large Eggs

Cooking spray

Pinch of Salt & Pepper

1/2 tablespoon of milk (Did You Know: You may substitute the milk with half and half or cream as well)

8 Slices of Bacon

1 cup of Cheddar Cheese (My daughter loves extra cheese)

English Muffin (You can use toast or a bagel too. Be creative)




Instructions:

  1. First rule. Fry that bacon!!!. Once the bacon is crispy, set aside on a rack or a paper towel to assist in soaking up some of the grease.



  • In a large bowl, mix the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

  • Heat large skillet on medium heat and spray with cooking spray.

  • Add eggs to skillet. Sprinkle some cheese on top of the cheese before you being to stir


  • While your eggs are cooking, you can toast your english muffin.

  • Remove the eggs from the skillet once completely scrambled. Now you can build your bacon, egg and cheese.
