Vanilla & Chocolate Pancakes

These Pancakes are super easy and they are made with Almond flour.


Ingredients


  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 2 eggs

*Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of hershey cocoa for chocolate pancakes.

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • salted butter


Instructions:


  1. Whisk almond flour, water, eggs, hershey cocoa (for chocolate pancakes), and salt together in a bowl until batter is smooth.

  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat; drop batter by large spoonfuls onto the griddle, and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, 3 to 5 minutes. Flip, and cook until browned on the other side, 3 to 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
